As an e-commerce marketplace management agency, we work daily inside Amazon, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Flipkart’s own seller and advertising systems. This page lists the certification and partner programs those platforms offer, and is clear about which ones Grab Mettrics currently holds versus which are relevant industry credentials we track or are working toward.
Why We’re Transparent About Credentials
We’d rather tell you exactly where we stand than claim a badge we haven’t earned. Below, the “Relevant Industry Certifications & Partner Ecosystems” programs are ones offered by Amazon, Walmart, and Flipkart that are relevant to our work — we do not currently hold these credentials unless stated otherwise.
Amazon Ads Partner Network
Amazon Ads’ official network for agencies and tool providers, where partners can earn “Verified Partner” status by demonstrating expertise and results for advertisers. Status: a program we track — we do not currently claim Verified Partner status.
Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN)
Amazon’s vetted marketplace connecting sellers with third-party service providers for account management, advertising, cataloging, and more. Status: a program we’re evaluating — we do not currently claim SPN-certified status.
Walmart Connect Partner Network
Walmart Connect’s tiered partner program (Partner, Premium Partner, Premium+ Partner) for agencies managing advertising on Walmart Connect. Status: we do not currently hold Walmart Connect Partner status.
Flipkart Ads Academy & Walmart Connect Academy
Official certification programs from Flipkart Ads and Walmart Connect Academy covering campaign planning, measurement, and advertising fundamentals. Status: team certifications through these academies are on our roadmap.
